Oriental Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3/4 Cup Vegatable Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Package Coleslaw Mix (16 ounces)
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Sunflower Kernels
  • 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
  • 2 Packages Ramen Oriental Noodles

Preparation

  • Toast slivered almonds 5 to 7 minutes at 375 degrees.
  • Mix sugar, vegatable oil, red wine vinegar and seasoning from noodles to make dressing.
  • Combine dressing with coleslaw mix, chopped green onions, sunflower kernels, slivered almonds and ramen oriental noodles in a large bowl.
