Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Russet Potatoes
  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 Teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 Cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Scrub potatoes and bake at 400 for 60 minutes.
  • Halve potatoes. Remove and mash pulp.
  • Heat milk. Add milk, butter, salt and white pepper.
  • Mix well and spoon into potato shells.
  • Cover potato shells with the two cheeses.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 400 or until heated and golden.
