Ingredients
- 3 Large Russet Potatoes
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 Cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Preparation Steps
- Scrub potatoes and bake at 400 for 60 minutes.
- Halve potatoes. Remove and mash pulp.
- Heat milk. Add milk, butter, salt and white pepper.
- Mix well and spoon into potato shells.
- Cover potato shells with the two cheeses.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400 or until heated and golden.
