French Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • Sugar, 10X Confectioners as needed
  • 1 loaf French Bread
  • Butter
  • Maple Syrup

Preparation Steps

  • Break and wisk eggs in a mixing bowl.
  • Add milk and sugar to eggs and wisk together.
  • Preheat griddle to 350 while you cut the french bread into 1 to 1.5 inch slices.
  • Add butter to griddle, dip slices into batter making sure both sides are covered and place on griddle.
  • Cook on both sides. Once removed from griddle add desired amount of confectioners sugar and maple syrup.
