Penne Pasta
Extra Light Olive Oil - 6 tablespoons
Chicken Broth - 1 can
Garlic - 3 cloves
Dried Basil - 2 teaspoons
Red Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Penne Pasta - 1 pound
Havarti Cheese - 2.5 cups
Parmesan Cheese - 1/2 cup
Sweet Onion - 1.5 cups
Cento Plum Tomatoes (28 oz.) - 3 cans
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in large pan. Add chopped onions and minced garlic to saute. Mix in tomatoes, basil and red pepper. Bring to a boil and break up tomatoes. Add broth and boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Cook pasta and drain. Toss 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix pasta with sauce and havarte cheese. Put in 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle top with parmesan cheese. Bake 375 for 30 minutes.
