Michelle's Pita Salad

Vegatable Oil - 4 tablespoons
Heinz Salad Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
Green Onions - 2 medium
Tomato - 1 medium
Accent - 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Seasoned Salt - 1 teaspoon
Dried Parsley - as desired
Iceberg Lettuce - 1 head
Pita Pockets - 1 whole

To make pita croutons, use whole pita pockets. Cook in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on each side depending on your microwave. The pita bread should be hard. Break it into bite size pieces for croutons.

Chop green onions and tomato. Toss all the ingredients in a salad bowl right before you are ready to serve.
