Simple Salmon

Extra Light Olive Oil - 1 ounce
Soy Sauce - 1 ounce
Dijon Mustard - 1 ounce
Prepared Horseradish - 4.5 teaspoons
Light Brown Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Rice Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon
Salmon (6 oz.) - 3 pieces

In a medium bowl, whisk the 6 marinade ingredients until smooth. Pour three quarters of the marinade into a plastic bag with salmon and refrigerate for 30 minutes. The other quarter of the marinade save as the reserve marinade. Remove the salmon from bag and discard the marinade. Grill the salmon over indirct high heat for 10 to 12 minutes. During the last 2 minutes of grilling time brush the reserve marinade onto the salmon.
