Onion Crusted Chicken

Boneless Chicken Breast - 4 pieces
Butter - 1/2 stick
Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Fried Onion Rings - 1 can
Dry Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste

Melt butter and add the dry mustard and worcestershire sauce. Method 1: Place chicken in 9x13 pan. Pour some of the mixture over the chicken. Cover with Fried Onion Rings. Drizzle remaining butter mixture over the onions. Bake covered at 350 for 25 minutes and then remove cover and cook for 5 more minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Method 2: Crush onion rings. Dip the chicken pieces in the butter mixture, then roll onion ring crumbs. Place in buttered 9x13 pan, top with remaining crumbs and drizzle any left over butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
