Cheesy Potatoes on the Half Shell

Russet Potatoes - 3 large
Milk - 1/3 cup
Butter - 3 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
White Pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated - 1 cup
Parmesan Cheese - 2 tablespoon

Scrub potatoes and bake at 400 for 60 minutes. Halve potatoes; remove and mash pulp. Heat milk. Beat egg. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into potato shells. Return to a 400 oven 15 minutes or until heated and golden.
