Oriental Coleslaw

Red Wine Vinegar - 1/4 cup
Vegatable Oil - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1/3 cup
Coleslaw mix (16 oz. package) - 1 package
Green Onions - 1 bunch
Sunflower kernels - 1/2 cup
Slivered Almonds - 1/2 cup
Ramen Oriental Noodles - 2 packages

Toast slivered almonds 5 to 7 minutes at 375 degrees. Mix sugar, vegatable oil, red wine vinegar and seasoning from noodles to make dressing. Combine dressing with coleslaw mix, chopped green onions, sunflower kernels, slivered almonds and Roman noodles in a large bowl.
