French Toast

Egg - 4 large
Milk - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Sugar, 10X Confectioners - as needed
French Bread - 1 loaf

Wisk eggs. Add milk which should be equal or slightly less than the volume of eggs. Add in sugar and wisk some again. Grease skillet with butter and heat to 350. Cut french bread and dip into batter. To keep warm and toast more place in oven on 200 or lower.
