Shrimp Marinara
Angel Hair Pasta - 10 ounces
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Extra Light Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 4 cloves
Sweet Onion - 1 large
White Wine - 1/4 cup
Chopped Tomatoes (15 oz.) - 1 can
Lemon - 1 small
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Shrimp - 1 pound
Chop onion and press garlic. Heat oil, garlic and onion in a frying pan over moderate heat. Add wine and tomatoes. Zest the lemon and add with the sugar and shrimp. Reduce the heat and cook until heated throughout. Cook the pasta until al dente. Toss it all together and season with salt and pepper.
